Privacy Policy

lobo.sh is engineered with privacy as a non-negotiable architectural invariant. This page outlines data processing, telemetry practices, and visitor rights.

1. Core Privacy Commitments

  • Zero Tracking Cookies: lobo.sh sets no persistent cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site fingerprinting tokens.
  • Zero Data Monetization: We do not sell, rent, or trade visitor data or traffic patterns to any third-party brokers or advertisers.
  • Minimal Footprint: Content is pre-rendered and delivered statically from the edge with no unnecessary data collection.

2. Telemetry & Analytics

To ensure platform performance and operational reliability, lobo.sh utilizes privacy-preserving telemetry provided by Vercel Speed Insights and Web Analytics:

  • Metrics collected are aggregated, anonymous measurements of page loading speed and Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS).
  • No personally identifiable information (PII), full IP addresses, or cross-domain user identities are ever collected or stored.
  • Analytics do not track users across visits and are strictly utilized to identify latency regressions and rendering bottlenecks.

3. Infrastructure Logs

Standard HTTP access logs (including request path, user-agent string, and timestamp) are processed by edge CDN routing infrastructure (Vercel / Cloudflare) exclusively for DDoS mitigation, rate limiting, and infrastructure security auditing. These logs are automatically rotated and purged according to cloud provider retention schedules.

4. AI Agent & Machine Crawling Rights

Autonomous AI agents, search engines, and academic researchers are explicitly permitted to index and query public endpoints (/developers, /llms.txt, /openapi.json, and /api/v1/...) in accordance with our fair-use policy. No authentication token is required.
